Every stage of life has its hardships and I would love to be a helping hand wherever you're at in life. I take a humanistic approach and believe the strongest foundation for therapy is a relationship based on trust and empathy. I use trauma focused modalities in correlation with mindfulness practices, movement/nutrition, artistic expression, existentialism and an eclectic approach tailored to each individual's unique human experience. It's truly amazing how a person can heal when their story has been told in a safe and judgment free space.
