I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience in mental health counseling. My background includes working with individuals and couples in private practice, as well as supporting children, teens, and adults in hospital settings.

The social injustices of the world initially drew me to the field of social work, and along this path I found my calling in working with individuals who've experienced complex trauma and adversity. Whether you're navigating the impact of past experiences, relationship challenges, or simply seeking a deeper connection with yourself, I’m here to support you.

I currently offer telehealth services across Texas, North Carolina, and Florida, as well as in-person sessions locally in Arlington, Texas.
